The 3-month program comes with 6 coaching session for 60 minutes each time. These are typically twice each week for three months but can be scheduled based on your need. After each session, you receive a detailed email follow up with a recap and action steps.
60 minutes each month you bring whatever you’re wanting to navigate more effectively in work or life and we process, problem solve, & break through challenges. You’ll get your own scheduling link and can schedule time as needed.
The 6-month coaching program includes 12 one on one coaching sessions. This program is designed to be goal focused while also responsive to urgent challenges as they arise. After each coaching session you'll receive a detailed email that synthesizes the session and includes action steps to take. The 6-month coaching program also includes the opportunity to use the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and Intercultural Conflict Styles (ICS) assessment with one on one feedback.
