Fall 2025 Routine Maintenance Cohort offering
WHAT: Effectively navigating conflict and communication as a Leader
A primary focus will be working across generational differences, as well as race and gender. 
WHEN: 9/11-10/30 | Thursday mornings from 9:30am to 11am
WHERE: 9/11 and 10/30 will be in person in Minneapolis. Remaining sessions and 1:1 coaching will all be via Zoom.

DETAILS:
8 group sessions, 90 minutes long
Each participant has access to 3 hours of 1:1 coaching
Each participant will receive an Intercultural Assessment Inventory with 1:1 debrief
Each participant will receive an Intercultural Conflict Styles assessment
$500 per participant
Minimum of 5 participants, maximum of 15

Sessions
1. Intro/shared meaning (participants will each be guided in connecting some of their values to goals)
2. Current Capacity to Navigate differences (participants will each get a level set of how they might currently think about cultural differences)
3. Recognizing Biases (brain science, culture, and how it impacts communication)
4. Conflict Styles Assessment (participants will each get information about how they tend to do conflict to highlight that not everyone handles conflict the same way)
5. Tools for effective communication (active tools that will connect to each participants goals)
6. Intentionally navigating Power (a focus on communication and conflict as someone who is a boss/manager and has positional power)
7. An anti-racist approach (navigating how fear of being or being perceived as racist gets in the way of effective communication)
8. Gender, sexism & clear communication (Ways we are taught to handle communication and conflict connected to our gender identity and how to leverage those differences rather than struggle under them)
