Effectively navigating conflict and communication as a Leader
In this cohort you’ll learn and practice skills and methods for not having the same issues again and again with the staff you manage. Participants will gain confidence and comfort with healthy ways to intentionally navigate conflict at work.
The design of each session will be a combination of self awareness development and ways to think about what we might be assuming or missing when trying to communicate effectively. This cohort will place an emphasis on navigating generational differences.
